UCP's Young Leadership Board (YLB) is a way for young professionals in the Philadelphia area to become more involved in United Cerebral Palsy and impact the lives of others. The goal of the YLB is to enhance UCP's current fundraising events by tapping into new volunteer and sponsorship resources. The group does not require a large amount of time or money, and meets on an as needed basis, no more than once a month.

YLB's Mission

To encourage young professionals throughout the Delaware Valley to help United Cerebral Palsy fulfill its mission. By mirroring the goals of United Cerebral Palsy, the Young Leadership Board creates innovative fundraising ideas and successful community-minded events.
