HOW IMPORTANT IS QUALITY OF LIFE?

By helping someone learn to cook, join a bowling league, or modify their home to accommodate a wheelchair, UCP helps make people’s lives a little better. While government dollars support some of our programs, community recreation activities and social services primarily rely on support from individuals. A donation to UCP helps improve the quality of life for someone living with a disability.

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

Fundraising efforts are made year-round to secure individual, corporate, and foundation support. You can make a donation today, attend one of our special events, join the Circle of Friends or the Young Leadership Board, establish or contribute to a Family Support Fund, contribute to UCP at your workplace, or consider a variety of planned giving tools.

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY AT UCP

United Cerebral Palsy is one of the most financially responsible organizations in the nation. Every dollar raised by UCP of Philadelphia & Vicinity helps people with disabilities and their families living in the Delaware Valley. At least 85 cents of every dollar raised is spent directly on programs and services, a claim that few other organizations can make.

CONTRIBUTE WITH CONFIDENCE

We encourage you to be confident in your charitable giving. UCP does not sell or share our donor list with other companies or organizations. The official registration and financial information for United Cerebral Palsy of Philadelphia & Vicinity may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State by calling toll free 1.800.732.0999. Registration does not imply endorsement.
