MEET THE DIRECTOR: COMMUNITY SOCIAL SERVICES

JOSEPH SCULLIN

I have been the Director of Community Social Services at UCP for over 20 years. I have a Bachelor's Degree in History from Temple University and my Master's of Social Work Degree from Rutgers University. My program provides objective information, advocacy, and direct assistance for individuals with disabilities and their families. Unfortunately, this type of service is needed to make sure individuals with a disability have equal access to available services and are able to fully participate as members of our society. I personally believe that there is inherent value in supporting and assisting individuals to exercise self-determination in their lives.
