PURPOSE: The Community Social Services program supports individuals with disabilities and their families in the community.

ELIGIBILITY: People of all ages living in the five-county Philadelphia area that includes Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties are eligible to receive UCP social services. The majority of people we serve have cerebral palsy, however we often provide services to individuals with other conditions.
