Meet the Director: Residential Services

RALPH MANN

I have been the Director of Residential Services at UCP since the origin of the Residential Program in 1978. Prior to that, I worked eight years in the human services field. I hold a Master of Arts in Human Service Administration. While I have been in the same position for my entire tenure at UCP, over those years I have seen the Residential Department go from an initial home and three staff to its current status of more than ninety residents & more than one hundred eighty staff, across thirty homes.
