DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT: This position is responsible for all activities related to fundraising and public relations. The Director of Development reports directly to the CEO and works closely with volunteer leadership on matters related to organization fundraising. The right candidate must be a strategic thinker, self-motivated, and capable of independent problem solving. Must have a proven record of involvement with special event coordination, writing grant proposals and donor cultivation. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus five years progressive development management experience and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software.
