MEET THE DIRECTOR: ADULT SERVICES

SUSAN SCHOENBERGER 

I am proud to say that I have been the Director of Adult Services at UCP for 20 years. For five years prior to that, I worked in the Adult Services department in a variety of capacities. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Holy Family College and my Master of Science degree in Counseling, Psychology and Human Services from Chestnut Hill College. I am also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I work with a dedicated staff who knows that treating people with respect is an essential part of their job. It is important to me to get to know the adults who participate in our programs, along with their families. I want everyone to feel that they are getting the services they need. In order for a department like Adult Services to work, there must be cooperation, communication, and teamwork. We are staff, clients, and family members working together to make lives better.
